<p class="Paragraph">The <span class="T1"><text:s text:c="" xmlns:text="http://openoffice.org/2000/text"/>File</span> menu contains a <help:link Id="65722" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help"><span class="T1">Versions</span></help:link> command. The Versions function allows you to save multiple versions of the same document in the same file.</p>
<p class="Paragraph">You can choose to view individual versions of a document, or you can display the differences between versions with color markings.</p>
<p class="Paragraph">In the dialog to open a document, you can select from a list box which version of this document you want to open.</p>
